What About Financing?
We work with financing companies to get you the system you need without cutting corners.
-
Are You licensed to do low voltage work in other states?
Yes, Performa Technologies, Inc. maintains a low voltage license for the State of Georgia and the State of Florida!
-
You have a Long track record! How did you do so many systems so far from home over the Years?
The only answer I can give is that word of mouth travels. Ethics and knowledge with customer comfort level screams volumes!
-
How far will you travel to provide services?
I guess at this point, any location in the USA. We have been successful over the years at a number of long-range out of state installations.
-
Do you two-step any product purchases when selling a project?
All major product offerings that Performa Technologies, Inc. provides is based upon being a qualified factory supported dealer or reseller. We make every effort to attend certification classes and training to keep this status. It really bothers me to hear of customers that have purchased major products that have been "two-stepped" from other AV suppliers. When there is a problem, they can't find anyone to work on it! Most of the time in these cases, the seller doesn't know enough about the product to even train the customer on it's use because of this. Usually the factory can chase down a serial number and knows what happened. Not good!
-
Do you feel that you offer a fair price for your services?
Unequivocally YES! Honestly, it is not our intentions to see how cheap and low cost we can make our systems to the customer. We strive for a quality and value! You can purchase a microphone for $25.00 or $2500.00. You still have a microphone, but what quality level of microphone did you purchase? Budget drives system scope for the most part; but it is up to us, the AV integrator to find the magic "shoe size" that fits the customers performance expectations and financial limits. So many companies seem to strive towards the lowest possible system price they can provide. I have coined the phrase "the catfish of the AV industry". That hurts everybody and ultimately in the end, the customer pays more for the system because he has to go out and buy "new shoes" a lot quicker than originally planned.

Is it possible to get a video recording of a training session?
Yes. Should the customer request it for documentation purposes; we can provide them with a training DVD. We have multiple HD-SDI Broadcast cameras at our disposal for this purpose.
